Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
Custom made costume 7-45 days
Ready stock costume/training wear 3-5 days (subject on stock availability)
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch after the order is placed. The manufacturer and courier service to process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 3–30 business days (subject to shipping carrier, express delivery such as DHL/Fedex will be more faster. ) After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at final destination but can take longer from time to time.

Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
